Student Complaint Portal, IIT Kharagpur | Jan 2017 – Feb 2017

Created and currently Maintaining a Student Complaint Portal for Hall Management Centre IIT Kharagpur
It handles complaints from all 21 Halls of Residence comprising more than 11,000 students currently residing in campus.
Worked on student verification system, Notification mechanism and a web dashboard (Admin Portal) for handling the complaints in an efficient, paper free way.
